How it works
Upload a file, choose what to clean, pay, and our team does the rest. Here’s what happens at each step and what you get back.
Create a free account, then upload your list as a CSV file (up to 1GB) or an Excel file (.xlsx, up to 40MB) in your login. Big files go up in pieces with a progress bar, so a slow connection is fine. We read the file, count the rows and find the columns holding mobile numbers and emails.
Tick mobile numbers, emails or both. If we picked the wrong column, choose the right one. The price updates as you go: AED 0.25 per mobile number and AED 0.50 per email, and only cells that actually hold a mobile number or email are counted.
Press Pay and pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page, which emails your receipt. The moment you pay, our team is alerted with your order.
Our team checks and cleans your file and uploads it back to your login - within 24 hours of payment, usually sooner. We email you the moment it’s ready, and it stays in My orders for 30 days.
Reading your results
Your file comes back with new columns at the end. Filter them in Excel, or import the file into your dialler or CRM.

|---|---|
| Mobile: Alive | The number is live on a mobile network. |
| Mobile: Dead | Switched off for good, cancelled or never existed - remove it. |
| Mobile country | The country the mobile number belongs to, e.g. United Kingdom, UAE. |
| Email: Valid | The mailbox exists and accepts email. |
| Email: Risky | Catch-all domain, full mailbox or temporary address - use with care. |
| Email: Invalid | Would bounce - remove it. |
