How much does it cost?
Clean mobile numbers: AED 0.25 per number. Clean emails: AED 0.50 per email. Both on the same record: AED 0.75. The minimum order is AED 25. You see the exact total for your file before you pay anything.
How does it work?
Create a free account, upload your CSV file in your login, and tick what you want cleaned: mobile numbers, emails or both. We count the records in your file and show you the price. Pay securely by card through Stripe, and our team checks your file, cleans it and puts the cleaned file back in your login within 24 hours of payment. We email you as soon as it's ready.
What do you check on mobile numbers?
Every mobile number is checked live with the mobile networks, so you know whether it's alive or dead right now, and which country the number belongs to. It works on mobile numbers anywhere in the world, not just the UK.
What do you check on emails?
Every email address is checked at mailbox level: whether it's good (it will deliver), risky (for example a catch-all or a disposable address) or bad (it will bounce).
What file format do you need?
A CSV file (up to 1GB) or an Excel .xlsx file (up to 40MB), with a heading row. If you save from Excel as CSV and your numbers show like 9.93E+11, format the column as Number with 0 decimal places first, or just upload the .xlsx. Your columns can be in any order and can include anything else (names, addresses, notes). We find the mobile and email columns for you, and you can change our choice before paying.
How long does it take?
Your cleaned file is back in your login within 24 hours of your payment, often much sooner. We email you the moment it's ready to download.
Do you charge for blank rows?
No. We only charge for rows that actually have a mobile number (for mobile cleaning) or an email address (for email cleaning). Blank cells aren't counted.
What will my cleaned file look like?
Your original file with every row and column intact, plus result columns: for mobiles, live or dead and the country; for emails, valid, risky or invalid.
What happens to my data afterwards?
Your file is used only to clean it for you. It is never sold, shared or added to another database. Your files are deleted automatically 30 days after your cleaned file is delivered.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a Stripe receipt and invoice, emailed to you at checkout.
Why are prices in AED?
We price in UAE dirhams (AED). Your card is charged in AED and your bank converts it if your card is in another currency.
